Is Call Gari free to use?

Yes! It's completely free to post requests and receive quotes. You only pay the professional directly for work they complete. No platform fees, no hidden charges.

How do you verify professionals?

We're honest about this: we don't. Call Gari is a connection platform—we let professionals create profiles and share their info, but we don't do background checks or verify licenses. That's on you to check before hiring. We're the matchmaker, not the vetter.

Are quotes binding?

Nope—quotes are estimates, not contracts. Either party can change their mind before work begins. Final pricing might shift based on what the pro finds on-site. All agreements are between you and the professional directly.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Talk to your professional first—most issues can be resolved directly. If that doesn't work, contact our support team and we'll help facilitate a conversation. We care about your experience.

How do I find quote requests?

Your dashboard shows quote requests matching your services and location. Browse them, check the details, and submit quotes for projects you want. It's all right there when you log in.

How do I get paid?

Directly by your customers. Call Gari doesn't touch payments or take commissions—you keep 100% of what you earn. Work out payment terms with each customer yourself.

How important are reviews?

Very. Reviews build trust and help customers choose you. Good reviews from happy customers are your best marketing on the platform.

What are membership plans?

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, but our website works great on phones and tablets. A dedicated app is on our roadmap—for now, the mobile web experience has all the same features.

How does messaging work?

You can message pros directly through the platform—before, during, or after a project. Conversations are private and secure. You'll get notified when new messages come in.
